Meghan has two decades of experience repairing, tailoring, and selling vintage clothing in her hometown of Portland, Oregon. Daisy Chain Vintage was created in 2020 as a continuation of this work, with the idea of appreciating and prolonging the life of beloved vintage clothes. Whether that means repairing a vintage original, or creating a new article inspired by the old, her motto is:“Keeping vintage alive, one piece at a time.”
Daisy Chain handmade items are inspired by vintage originals, made by hand in small batches, and emphasize the use of vintage and up-cycled fabrics. While counterculture music and fashion of the 1970’s is a favorite reference, vintage of all eras—and the characters it attracts—are an endless source of inspiration.
